upon arrival the condenser would not start. I found float switch wet and slime in drainline. The float is wired to shutdown condenser only. I added drainsolve to drainline. Then I flushed multiple times with water. The slime came out and is draining freely now. I checked refrigerant pressures and were fine. 140 suction and 300 head.

Found the system low on 410a. Checked over the entire system for a leak and only came up with the service valve locking cap. A lot of dye and oil was on the bottom of the unit. Adjusted the charge to a 23 degree superheat.

Upon arrival water was pouring out of cabinet. I was sure then pan was cracked somewhere. I removed float and drainline. Then I pulled coil out as far as I could to inspect pan. I found the crack where I expected. Right by drain outlet. Possibly cracked from wire tie. I had brought some flex tape from home and used it on the pan. It sealed it well and did not leak at all when I pored a gallon of water in pan after reassembling drains. I also noticed not drsin fast to I went out side to look. I could not see in dark last night. I noticed old trap. I removed and it was blocked. I installed new trap. The system is going to have to be pumped down the coil removed and install new pan and insulation. I explained to homeowner that cabinet will sweat with the damp insulation. I vacuumed as much water out of it I could. It should not fill pan under airhandler and kick it off. I ordered pan and insulation and two techs needed. It has a steady stream of water coming out of drainline at this time.

upon the homeowner said the breakers were turned off. I found float switch tripped. I think solar company shut of readers in cycle causing water to fall from coil fast and tripping float. I flushed drainline and is draining well at this time.

Upon arrival the homeowner had son vacuum pan to keep cooling. The bottom of airhandler was sweating very bad.i removed panel and vacuumed all the insulation on the inside of cabinet. After removing as much water as I could I closed cabinet and vacuumed the bottom of airhandler. The drainline was wire tied to hanger to hold down on it. I could not verify completely but may have a small crack in pan do to downward force on drainline. I also noticed drainline is going into wall of alcove then laying on rafters. A new drainline may need to be ran to get water away from airhandler faster. We are going to run it now and homeowner is going to monitor it to see if getting rid of water from cabinet works. I vacuumed drainline also.

Sealed all seems that were leaking cold air out onto cabinet causing sweat to billed up on bottom of cabinet. Sealed off insulation on suction line that was allowing water to drip down unit. Cleaned drain to be sure it was clean. Have good flow to outside. Took pictures
