Jeff Wood was very thorough in explaining what was wrong and what he felt was necessary to repair the downstairs unit. He also advised what the cost would be prior to performing any work. The upstairs unit was also assessed and he indicated in was in perfect operation. That was honest and so appreciated. We’ve had our share of poor service in the past. Plan on calling Bay Area Air Conditioning in the future. Thanks again Jeff.
Jeff is very knowledgeable and took time to explain the problems with our unit and what he wanted to do to repair the system, along with pricing. I can’t tell you how refreshing this experience was as we have had our share of poor service in the past. Thank you Jeff and Bay Area Air Conditioning.
