Our furnace (put in by a flipper) was only two years old when it started to malfunction. Bay came in and worked overtime to get replacement parts, we ultimately replaced the whole unit but I cannot imagine many companies spending as much time talking me through all the options and trying to find me the best products for the best price possible. I will sing their praises to the moon.

No cooling. I found the condenser fan blade had broken apart. This caused the motor to burn out. We need to quote for motor and blade replacement.
Furnace tune up. System was cycled with proper operation.
Found 20 amp fuse blown check for shorts found on replace fuse cycle air-conditioner to check OK customer used cranky baby coupon from years ago with no expiration date
Clear condensate traps check blowers motors and filters clean condenser coil‘s check contactors capacitors compressors and fans cycle each air-conditioner to check downstairs unit 29 years old replacement needs considered but operating well at this time. Other upstairs unit fine.

System has been filled with refrigerant by multiple companies. They don't have the money in their budget for replacement. They mentioned that they could live without it. Their heat source is a boiler and their A/C is in a side wall attic in 3rd floor, but not a knee wall.
Had budget convo with Mike (Husband) did not want to spend over 8k to add A/C. Currently there is only furnace and open return.

Check disconnect check capacitor 55+5+440 turbo run Cap. Cycle unit on to check compressor and fan motor working. Wash and clean condenser coil . Outdoor temperature is 72*. At times of dispatch unit is working.
