TJ was great all around. We always have excellent service when dealing with Bay Furnace.
Justin was polite and courteous. He made sure all my issues with the heating and cooling system were addressed before he left. Great job!
Thank you for such a wonderful experience with your company. Jose went above and way beyond any service technician I ever met. He thoroughly explained the problem, the fix and how to avoid any future breakdowns. He truly is a super great person to have on your team. Keep up the good work.
Super great service. Explained the problem and the fix in easy to understand language. I will totally recommend him and Bay Heating & Cooling to all my friends and family. Thank you for everything.
Liked my professionalism and how quick I got the quote, but went with another company because they would include aprilaire 1410 and aprilaire 500m for same price as my full system payne quote.

Rooftop heating tune ups. I replaced all the filters. I checked gas pressure, belt tension, temp rise and capacitors. I removed and cleaned the flame sensors. I checked safety’s, controls and connections. I cycled all units. * Rheem rooftop is displaying signs of unit failure. I repaired melted flame sense wiring and spark ignition wiring. I test cycled the unit and it is not currently experiencing flame roll out however I can detect the presence of aldehydes indicating heat exchanger failure. * I highly recommend replacement of the unit.
Found rheem unit pressure switch bad Office to call with Price.
Found new pressure switch tubing flipped. Put tubing on proper ports and cycled with proper operation at this time. Tstat reset.

Cycled system system is operating properly at this time. Multiple levels on inducer motor and blower motor are above recommended levels but considering furnace is 17 years old this is normal
