8/09/21 Dieudonne, I am here at the address above, Concern: customer requested ac tune up and check. After talking with the homeowner, she has no idea what the tune up will cost and how long is going to take; she was expecting free tuneup about 15 minutes, because she was about to leave in about 20 minutes. I took time to explain everything about tune up and membership, she said that she going to think and make decision. Job not done today, and the customer canceled the call. No charge today.
Chris Rosales came out due to no cool upon arrival found fan motor on condenser is not coming on due to bad run capacitor, also noticed condenser coil is very dirty, recommended cleaning. Customer agreed, changed out capacitor and cleaned condenser coil, unit is now cooling according to manufactures specifications. Customer paid with credit card.$963.00
TJ found that the whole house fan is drawing too much air from the basement. Water heater was re-lit and whole house fan turned on pilot light was jumping around and went out. Had the customer turn off the and house fan and stayed lit.
Customers thermopile was not working and the pilot would not stay lit. I removed and replaced thermopile and cleaned up burner assembly. After repair I fired water heater up and set it to the hot setting. Customer paid $931.75 with a cc
