I Paul arrived at the above address because the customer said the out door unit was not running. I check the condenser was locked out on low pressure. I check the switch and it was closed so I restarted the unit turning the power off inside at the furnace then turning it back on to clear the fault. I had hooked up my probes to check the pressure and when it came back on the pressure was high 410a highside 406psi subcooling 3 lowside 167psi superheat 0. I recommend that the customer have her condenser coil because they were plugged with Cottonwood. She OK to work to be done so I remove the side panels and clean the coils then put the panels back on and checked pressures again. The indoor coil is a EEV valve. I took pictures of the pressure after I was done all is okay at this. The customer paid 858.00 with a visa credit card there is no warranty on work done today because there where no parts replaced.
