I had the pleasure of getting Aaron with Bell Plumbing and Heating as my service rep. He was amazing and smart. He came to my home to service 3 AC units and he ended up selling me 2 separate plans, a gold and a platinum, that included all the other items my home had that interconnected with the AC units - heating, air cleaners, hot water heaters, humidifiers et... He was so professional and personable through the hours of his visit and I had to laugh at how many times his orange booties were put over his shoes when he entered my home and taken off when he left to go out side. His boots never once touched my floors and you could see he took great pride in making my experience throughout this service call exceptional. Great Experience. Thank you AAron.

Travis is Fantastic. When he came to look at our broken hot water heater he recognized that our 2nd one was failing too. He broke down the price and scheduled to come back on Monday for Installation. He called before he came, arrived on time and was extremely polite and professional. Then when he found out we had some other plumbing needs he stayed for the whole day and did them all! He was terrific to work with and very friendly. I would recommend Travis at Bell Plumbing and Heating for all your plumbing needs and in fact I have!

Service guy was good, but I will never use Bell again because the cost/pricing was ridiculously high.

Came out to inspect sump pump. Was constantly running. Pump running and when I got there, unplugged and opened check valve and water came out. Discharge for pump is frozen underground.
1. Furnish and install new cartridge at master bath shower valve. 2. Observed in crawlspace where the cold water supply line to the master bath lavatory faucet was freezing. No observable damage to the tubing at this time. Crawlspace air vent located approximately 5 feet to the right and a combination of needed additional insulation to block off airflow to the left to affect this tubing was the source. Installed a piece of insulation at a 90° angle to the left of the air vent to block off this flow of air and noted an immediate termination of cold air in the tubing area. 3. Noted a small drip at same lavatory faucet parentheses next to shower stall parentheses while repairing the shower valve. Quoted a task for repair vs. replacement of this faucet. Enrolled in the Value Maintenance Plan for one year. Two year labor and material warranty on Shower valve repair. No warranty on insulation work in an attempt to prevent tubing from possibly freezing. Paid by check.
Home owner had leak in the basement due to a handyman repair we were able to replace the part and make sure everything in the basement was now water tight.
Customer is going to Home Depot to pick up toilet too be changed out.
Going to return on November 3 Wednesday and install water heater expansion tank. Install expansion tank for 2 40 gallon water heater’s vonny is going to call Steve with proactive Active to collect payment.

Pull bonding jumper from panel to gas pipe and pull bonding jumper from jet tub gfci to water lines for jet tub
Put pipe strap on copper cold line where inspection can see it. Piped drain pan closer to floor drain without being in walking path way.
Recirculating pump is working fine. It however does run 24 hours a day due to not having a timer to shut pump off after recirculating water. Customer said that he could take care of the issue.
