Removed old toilet fill valve and flapper and replaced with new units. Also, removed old water supply line and installed new unit. No other services provided. Customer has several cracks on toilet and was advised that a new one should be installed. Separate email with estimate will be sent to customer.
Solenoid valve in delta touch sense is going bad. Unplugged and plugged back in to sensor and touch works at base of the faucet, but not neck. Gave the customer the option of either leaving it unplugged, and using it as a regular faucet, getting a standard faucet for us to put in, or just touching the base to get it to turn on.
Customer has dog wash in the garage. She wanted to isolate the waterlines so that in the winter the dog wash can be drained out, because there were issues with insulation in the walls and pipes bursting. We were able to fix all the burst pipes and create a access panel to the ball valves in dog kennel room behind the dog wash.
Went out to customer’s house day after fixing leak in dog wash, due to a water leak going into dog kennel room. found that we had a second leak further down the line only charge was exposure to the pipe due to nature of the call.
Customer had burst pipe in the dog wash, in the garage. upon inspection we realized that they quadrupled the studs in the area spray foam in the back wall where the shower valve went. so we were not able to go through the drywall we needed to remove a tile and cut out problematic portion in the pipe and sweat a new piece in.
2 shower stems needed replacement. Went to sps picked up part. Installed parts Checked for quality Customer payed with check. No parts
Homeowner had a crack in the laundry drain pipe ABS 2 inch I was able to cut out and replaced pipe.
Arrived on site, client had a few issues she wanted looked at. First was upstairs guest bathroom, right sink was leaking underneath when water ran, found chrome trap and pop up to be corroded and falling apart. Next issue was bidet faucet would leak from handle when on. Gave options to client, and she authorized me to replace pop up assembly and trap for guest bathroom. Removed old pop up assembly and installed new assembly and sink trap. Tested and everything working properly. 2 year warranty parts and labor.

Customer bought bidet seat and shower cartridge for install.
