Upon arrival, client had two toilets she wanted looked at. First was powder room toilet right at entry way. Toilet is old water closet, where tank is mounted up on wall. Unfortunately we do not repair a toilet this age. Gave options to replace. Second toilet was guest bathroom on main floor, toilet would occasionally run, put dye tablet in and found leak coming from flush valve gasket. Gave options to repair toilet. Client authorized me to replace shut off valve and do a major toilet rebuild. Shut water off and replaced straight 1/4 turn stop. New supply line, tank to bowl bolts, fill valve, and flush valve with flapper. Tested and everything working properly. 2 year warranty parts and labor.

Met with Greg and his wife, we discussed no ac issues. Had reduced cooling and they Changed filter and got cooling operating again. Discussed options and moved forward with 2 memberships for two systems, and I would inspect steam April aire 800 humidifier. Began checking both ac systems. Started in attic did full checklist found some small issues, corrected condenser with rinse down, at furnace and coil up stairs made some adjustments to dipswitches to maximize cooling and make system as efficient as possible. Also found txv mounted improperly very loose and not metering refrigerant correctly. Fixed issue tested again and pressures and temps corrected 9sh 110 sc 21 delta t. Basement system also needed adjusted was set to run 5ton of cooling on a 3 ton ac system adjust and verified same as attic system now running much more efficiently. Both systems used 20x25x1 filters. Steam humidifer needs new canister April aire canister #80. Ran thru cycles worked correctly but canister bad found lo

Chris Rosales came out due to no cool, this is a new installation. Customer said it has never worked. Upon arrival found transformer in indoor unit was bad. Changed out transformer, unit turned on and began to cool. Then turned off , the fast stat is either over apping or is too hot. May need to rewire with new thermostat wire, will need another tech to help. Derek should be scheduled to come tomorrow per customer to help fix new installation. Unit is not cooling at this time, NC warranty call
