We had a drain leak in the kitchen sink. It was 60 year old drain pipe connected to new PVC pipe in the basement. The old pipe rusted out. Replacing it meant removing the kitchen cabinets or breaking through the opposing wall. Jim came up with a way to bypass the old pipe with new PVC by going straight down through the cabinet and connecting to the PVC drain pipe in the basement. Saved a lot of money and headache.
Jon did a very thorough job of checking out my system, even though is was past 8pm on a Friday night. Kudos to him and Bell for hiring quality guys.

Kitchen sink drainage water is leaking in a brick wall down to the basement below. 60+ years Durham fittings and inch and a half galvanized pipe exists. Scheduled with Alex to have Brad Garton out Thursday, August 12 between 11 and 12 to provide a proposal to run a new drain line through the bottom of the kitchen cabinet and tie into the existing PVC pipe below and cap the vent above the roofline. Also, provide a separate proposal to remove the existing inch and a half PVC pipe below and replace with 2 inch. When all the new piping is installed, clean out the existing drainage if it remains. Michael, with Colorado Cleanup Services, will contact Wilma and schedule a time to come out to provide a proposal for cleanup and restoration.

Client wanted new customer supplied top mount stainless kitchen sink installed and old sink removed. New customer supplied kitchen faucet installed too. Gave options and client authorized work. I removed old sink and found the existing hole in counter is a little bit too small for new sink. Need granite cut to open hole. Client will have granite counter fixed to fit new sink, then have us return to finish work. Collected half of job cost today. Will collect rest upon completion.

Arrived on site for kitchen back up, homeowner stated that disposal was sending water into other basin when ran and then water wouldn’t drain, they also stated that the water went down but they could not recreate the scene. We tested the sink and after about 2 basins full and the sink backed up, after going over options was able to access the secondary line with the 100 machine and sent cable out 75ft. Upon retrieving cable found there to be lots of grease build up and recommend bio clean. Tested line with both basins full and they drained normally, repeated 3 times with no issues. Homeowner is now BVR. Paid with CC No warranty/drain
