Great service, very knowledgeable and creative.

We had a drain leak in the kitchen sink. It was 60 year old drain pipe connected to new PVC pipe in the basement. The old pipe rusted out. Replacing it meant removing the kitchen cabinets or breaking through the opposing wall. Jim came up with a way to bypass the old pipe with new PVC by going straight down through the cabinet and connecting to the PVC drain pipe in the basement. Saved a lot of money and headache.

Customer had old three-quarter inch male thread hose bib in the front yard. It was leaking out of the handle. customer said that she wanted to be able to make sure that everything was working well for the spring and watering the grass. She decided on putting in a new hose bib. I went with a reducer on the existing pipe To avoid cutting out the ceiling, we only needed to cut out a small portion of the wall.

Customer wanted waste line for shower moved from right to left side of the shower to match orientation of the shower pan. Removed p trap, 45, and waste line to 2” - 45. Used hub saved tool to remove old pipe from fitting. Added 5’ of pipe to waste line and a new p trap. Ran hose down pipe to test for leaks. Put cap back on line stub out to trap swear gas. Vonny to collect payment per notes.

Arrived on site, clients hot water shut off valve for washing machine does not fully shut off, ball in valve does not close all the way. Discussed options to client, he is moving to CA tomorrow and won’t be returning, so he needs this to be fixed tonight. Gave options to replace just hot shut off valve, or to replace entire washer box. However getting parts for this proper repair tonight is an issue. After some further discussion, client wants hot shut off valve to be replaced with what I have on truck stock, as long as it is operational and safe. Cut small hole in drywall below to access water line, cut out valve and installed new shut off valve on hot water line. Old valves have the plastic escutcheon that fits into washer box, the escutcheon is attached to the valve and cannot be moved to new valve. Client is ok with this, again as long as it turns water on and off. Soldered in new valve, tested and everything working properly. 1 year warranty parts and labor. Bell not responsi

Cut hole in drywall and looked for leaking piping on shower drain and water piping. Also flushed toilet over a dozen times to make sure the leak was not coming from the toilet. No leaks could be found on any of the piping or toilet. Looked at the caulking around the tub and found that some of the caulking was cracked. Advice to customer to recaulk the shower fixtures.
