Bell Boiler rep gave good general advice re our problem w/ insufficient hot water (I had mistakenly understood boiler and hw systems had been merged - I have only owner the house 2 yrs), then got a Bell plumber to review the existing hw heater remotely, based on photos, secured a price for replacement of existing hw heater (which was well beyond warranty life), and a Bell Plumber tech who was very efficient and courteous came within days to remove old device, plumb and install new devices per estimate. Overall a very good experience (except for the price, an unavoidable downer).

I have a leaky bathtub faucet and sticky drain plug. Bell wanted to charge me over $1100. Are you kidding? I paid the tech his $49. service call fee and won't bother further with Bell.

I have used Bell previously to replace my water heater. Great, efficient job! When the drain from my washing machine clogged, I called Bell to schedule an appointment. James arrived right on time, quickly assessed my problem and resolved it just as quickly. He is a very friendly and professional young man who clearly explained how he was going to resolve my issue and quoted me a fair price. James provided me with an outstanding customer experience!

Moen 1222 cartridge wouldnâ€™t turn off. Replaced cartridge and everything is good. 1 year warranty parts and labor.
Paloma tankless giving error code c713. Cleaned flame rod. Check air intake and exhaust. And reset heater. Producing hot water. No warranty as water heater is 20 years old.
Flush toilet 10 times in succession on main floor above Basement bathroom. Ran bathtub for approximately five minutes. Ran the shower In the same bathtub for approximately five minutes. Filled the bathtub up to the middle of the overflow cover (Has been sealed with caulk all the way around the circumference) and went downstairs to check to find copious amounts of water dripping through the ceiling. Opened the ceiling to further pinpoint the source and found water coming from three sides of the subfloor around the opening where the drain protrudes through the subfloor. Pulled the plug and let the water drain out of the bathtub. Pulled back the tub mat and found a crack in the bottom of the bathtub. Bathtub will have to be replaced. Will contact Striking Remodel reach out to schedule an appointment to provide a proposal for replacement. No warranty. Paid by card.

Chris McQuistion came out due to wanting annual service maintenance done on furnace. Got permission to perform work. Completed worksheet checklist for furnace. Signed customer up for silver maintenance plan. Plan expires 09/22. Customer paid in full. No recommendations at this time.
Checked every component of softener everything seems to be working correctly. Customer leaking toilet tank around time of issue, new drip system installed around time of issue, put tablets in all toilets and could not find problem
