Cabled Floor Drain/ Laundry Drain. No Charge, Warranty. Tech: Tomas.
Chris M came out due to wanting questions answered and maintenance done on boilers. First boiler we looked at was in the barn. The barn boiler is a oil fired boiler system. Unfortunately we do not work on this equipment. There is an electric 40 gallon water heater next to oil boiler which is a back up in case that boiler ever fails. This has also failed. Customer was looking to repair this. Going to need plumber for this issue. Next went to the boiler for main home. Customer asked questions about boiler system and how it all works. Answered all of the questions for customer. Customer would like a safety and tune up on boiler. Got permission to sign customer up for silver maintenance agreement plan. Customer has baseboard heating and in floor radiant heating as well. The in floor radiant heating is getting up to 165 degrees of hot water which is not ideal for that heating type of system. The side arm tank and the baseboard styles are heating and operational at this time according to man
Cabled and Cleared Tub/ Shower Drain. Paid in full with a card. Tech: Tomas.
Property manager Randy and I walked the entire estate I was able to diagnose the issues with 1 Tub, 3 faucets, 2 toilets and all the stop valves in the home at this time was able to troubleshoot a few things and change out 11 of the stops. We will be coming back out once we can locate all of the European fixtures to replace and doing the last 9 stops at that time as well.
Was able to clear the small blockage in line. The floor drain is in very rough shape and I set up for Brad to inspect and give quote for a repair. Also an issue with the main line told to customer by another company. Brad to inspect main as well.
Had to pull old brass cap and debris out of drain. Then I was able to run the cable 75ft with no issues. Poured water down the floor drain and it went down with no problems.
Cut out old vacation valve and 90. Replaced with new 90 and new ball valve.
