Austin came to my home to replace many tubes of kitchen ceiling lighting. The service required several trips to Home Depot during the two-day session. Mark, Josh and their colleague Joe who was here yesterday worked quickly and efficiently as a team to replace my central air conditioning system on time and on budget. They worked in hard conditions - a hot 95 degree cramped space in the attic, actually it's not an attic but is a narrow crawl space under the roof. And they did a great job!
When I called in for service, I was able to get my issue fixed the same day!
One of our main sewer drains began to back up this morning. I called Bell right away and Jazper was here within an hour. Very friendly and thorough. Took care of it and all was back to normal fast! Thanks!
The technician was very professional, but he concluded that our HVAC unit was NOT the cause of our ceiling leak. Several days after his inspection the ceiling started leaking again as soon as we turned the air conditioning back on. I think you should take another look at it.

Secondary Ran both secondary lines and was able to pull back hair obstructions on both. Water tested both and they drained perfectly.
Christopher Rosales came out to level Condenser. Leveled condenser with cork pads and is now within manufacturing Specifications. Customer also needs a 40 amp breaker for AC condenser. We installed this condenser in 2016 without changing breaker to a 40 amp. Customer currently has a 50 amp breakers and Rheem will not cover condenser under warranty with wrong size breaker. Customer paid $140.25 with credit card.
Customer had contractor out to remodel bathroom opened ceiling in basement to find that contractor had glued p trap poorly. Trap and waste and over flow are close enough together that I need to replace the entire thing as there isnâ€™t room to cut out fittings and install new ones. Also adjusted scald guard on delta tub valve. 1 year warranty parts and labor.
Main and membership Got the line to clear and ran the cable a full 100ft. Pulled back small amount of plastic wrap type material.
Electrical service- changed out the outlet to left of the bread box to make both kitchen countertops gfci protected. Change out outlet at wet bar downstairs to make wet bar gfci protected. Note that the outlets to the right of the bread box were protected by the gfci in the bread box

Flush water heater per annual Platinum Maintenance Plan. Brush off both inlet air screens. No signs of any corrosion at valves, pipe nipples flex connectors, etc.
Chris Rosales came out due to no cool, upon arrival found customers breaker was tripped. Flipped breaker and tested unit. Unit is cooling according to manufacturers specifications. Customer said she had a power outage over the weekend. Told customer if problem continues to contact us again. NC warranty call on new install.
Toilet in hall bath flush valve over flow broke. Took off tank, replaced flush valve, fill valve, tank to bowl bolts and gasket, as well as supply line. 1 year warranty parts and labor.

Source of leak to base of kitchen faucet into cabinet below was from a loose hose connection to the sprayhead. Tighten connection and test. Faucet is operating all right at this time except for a spout body that is stiff and itâ€™s becoming difficult to swing back-and-forth. No warranty. Paid by check. Mr. and Mrs. love inquired about having a water shut off valve to the home relocated to an accessible area to the left of the walkspace entry. Took pictures of the location and sent Brad Garton information for a possible telephone proposal.
