Bell came and did three no charge inspections: 1 for plumbing, 1 for electrical and 1 for my boiler. All three technicians were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They did their inspections at no charge.

First technician sent out does not normally do urinals. no parts to finish job. second and third technicians had to complete another cleaning of the lines due to still being plugged. also have not received a copy of the invoice/bill.

Disposal would not turn on. Garbage disposal was locked up. Unlock garbage disposal with wrench to make turn. Pulled garbage disposal down to make sure there was no particles in disposal.
Customer had fill valve that had failed. Replaced with new flapper and fill valve. Checked for quality with customer.
Customer had a shower cartridge in master bathroom that was leaking. She also had leaks on the sprinkler Backflow upon inspection I found that the installation of it was incorrect and they had it sitting at an angle. when I drained down the house for a shower cartridge in her master bath I found that the basement ceiling was leaking. there was a pipe burst, it looked as if it’s been leaking for a while now inside the closet of the bathroom. While working on the pipe leak the electrical wire next to the ducting sparked and tripped the breaker. DADO came out and found that the ducking strapping was cutting into the wire. he was able to fix the situation and I was able to cut and sweat the pipe for the leak fix. Also made it so pipe is no longer touching the duckling so this will not happen again. Thursday morning Arrived at the home and cut out the existing sprinkler backflow pressure vacuum breaker I reconfigured the pipe remeasured and installed the new PVB. checked pressure and jo
The valve to the irrigation system, which is in the meter pit is broken and needs to be repaired or replaced. Also, there is no back flow prevention to irrigation system. Please refer to Install department.

Kenmore water heater thermocouple needs to be ordered we were able to clean and get the current one to at least get it going again and give us some time for the parts to arrive. Went back to the house after the correct part were available the next morning . I was able to take out the pilot light assembly and replace with brand new parts. I checked the call for heat and made sure pilot light stayed lit after the tank heat was satisfied.

Arrived onsite and checked in with customer. Discovered inducer motor running very loudly. I did an amp draw and the unit is over amping. Recommend inducer,pressure switch, and igniter replacement. The igniter has white spots and I recommend replacing it. Customer paid 50$ cash. Customer refused services
