1. Replace freeze damaged wall hydrant with new at front of home. 2. Install owner furnished lavatory faucet at lower level bathroom. Furnish and install new stops, Supply flexes and tube trap at same. 3. Furnish and install tailpiece extension and tube trap at middle level powder room lavatory. 4. Furnish and install repair closet flange on top of existing damaged flange at middle level powder room. Remove as much as possible excess caulking around previously pulled toilet bowl base before reinstalling this fixture onto a new wax seal. Furnish and install new stop, escutcheon and supply flex at this toilet. Note: subflooring has minor dry rot from previous fixture leakage and this did not allow a firm securing of the right hand side of the flange to the subfloor. After approximately 12 flushes, no noted water seen at the exposed sub flooring and drainage piping below in the lower level bathroom area. Toilet has been shimmed to eliminate forward rocking.
