Replaced hot and cold shut off for delta faucet in bathroom upstairs with motion sense delta faucet. Not getti;g any pressure. Replaced multi turn stops with new quarter turn stops and problem persists. Got in touch with rampart to find solenoid but it has been discontinued. Customer will be getting new faucet and having us install. Also replaced dual stop hot side for kitchen faucet as well as customer provided kitchen faucet. 2 year warranty ty parts and labor on everything minus the faucet itself.

39051.92 Gallons noted at the beginning of troubleshooting on the water meter. Shut off the main water supply valve to the home located in the basement and observed the meter to find no noticeable water leakage between the water meter and the home. Opened up the shut off valve on the main water supply to the home and walked back out to the meter to observe once again if there are signs of water leakage in the home, excluding the radiant heating on the lower level. After approximately 10 minutes, no signs of leakage noted at water meter. Per telephone conversation with Chris McQuiston, found out that the radiant heat is pressurized constantly, and therefore, the zone valves do not have to be turned on to check for leaks underneath the slab. The hot water heat system is pressurized at approximately 12 to 15 psi. It has been determined that there are no water leaks from the meter to the home and throughout the home, including the hot water heater system. 39051.92 Gallons noted at th

Chris McQuistion came out due to wanting safety and tune up performed on air conditioner. Performed the safety and tune up checklist provided with the service agreement plan. Found really low delta t of 15 degrees. Found very clogged outdoor coil where the jacket would need to be removed to be cleaned. Found contactor pitted and burned. Found capacitor is failing and rusting. Found condenser fan motor failing. Has oil dust around the outside which is signs of failing. Provided options for repair. Customer agrees to to peace of mind. Unfortunately I will have to order these components. Rescheduling customer for Wednesday between noon and 2 pm. Will collect full amount upon completion. Will need to get a 60/7.5 mfd capacitor with order. Chris McQuistion came back with components. Turned unit off. Took jacket off of condenser and cleaned thoroughly. Took condenser fan motor apart. Replaced with brand new fan motor. Replaced capacitor with brand new capacitor. Replaced contactor with brand
