A very difficult job with an unexpected problem was finished in less than 3 hours. Very knowledgeable and motivated.
We contacted Bell Plumbing and Heating after our furnace failed during the night. The service tech, Nate Hernandez, arrived within an hour. Nate was very professional and courteous. He explained each step of his troubleshooting procedure and quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem.
Chris does an unbelievable job. Seems to know everything there is to know about radiant heating!

Team came to fix our boiler, which had been cranky for some time. Replaced the broken part and changed some of the flow and it's running smoothly and quietly.
I really like how they text you before anyone is dispatched, this helps as was working from home which allowed me to meet him at the shop. Jazper was kind, polite and extremely helpful.
Customer has two sump pits in basement that are filling they need the pumps installed took down payment and will be coming back Wednesday morning for installation. Came back Wednesday and was able to install both some pumps I went over the drainage with the homeowner watched the full pit drain to make sure everything was working well.
Customer has shower cartridge that has gone bad is no longer fully shutting off causing drips. I was able to drain down the home partially and change cartridge with minimal pressure. The main shut off is not fully turning off and we discussed a new main shut off with a sprinkler shut off inside. Also inquired about sump pump water alarm and a battery back up one for sewer ejecter pump.
Came out to check out water heater. As it was stated there was no heat. But there was only no heat to the master bedroom. Rest of the house was staying warm. Cold air blowing out of vents. Master bedroom has a separate thermostat. Checked mech room to make sure that water heater and recirc pump were working properly and they both are, so I believe it to be a thermostat issue. Chris coming out later today.
Customer had a half inch gate valve for main shut off that was faulty and no longer completely shutting off the whole home. We went to curb stop to shut off the the home water but curb stop is also old and worn out and not shutting off the whole home fully. I was able to sweat jet the main in order to get one valve working properly. Spoke with customer about memberships we felt like gold plan was the best for the Home.
Customer originally need water line and drain line moved over but due to the plumbing fittings used in the original installation (1970s) there is no way to move the drain pipes without affecting the plumbing fixtures on the back side of kitchen wall. The backside is owned by a different tenant altogether. The only service provided today was an inspection and then the removal of some drywall.

Disassembled state ultra force 50 gal heater to pull out burner and replace igniter and spark wire. Signed up as member. 2 year warranty parts and labor. Cleaned burner and exhaust, and hooked pressure switch back up. All in working order.

The customer is having trouble with pipe freezing in the winter. I discussed the problem with HVAC and electrical and came to the conclusion that the electrical department is best equipped to handle the problem. There is access to the area from the tub side of the bathroom wall. The panel is on the same outside wall as the problem. The freezing is occurring in between the two windows in the picture. Customer may also want a remodel on bathroom in the next few years. Dado [sic] is going to take the job.
Customer said the new refrigerator was not producing ice. Customer said installer unhooked line and never re-hooked it up. Icemaker was on reverse osmosis filter. Checked all system out everything was hooked up. Lever on icemaker was up so icemaker was shut off. Customer said there was not going to be a charge for today’s service.
