The response was very good and the tech. was friendly and competent. The price was VERY high. It was first quoted at $800.00 then got down to $666.00 for what ended up to be a ten minute installation. The temp was incorrectly adjusted but I have taken care of that myself.

Jasper explained our options, we selected one; and off he went. He had Jim with him as well and the 2 of them did a fine job cleaning my drain in the laundry room. We tested the water from the sink faucet and also from the spin cycle of the washing machine.

Preformed Seasonal AC tune up. The unit is in great condition and is well maintained,I cleaned the condenser coil and completed AC tune up checklist. No issues present at this time. Customer is platinum member and has taken good care of equipment
Arrived on site, clients upstairs master bathroom, right sink drain was draining very slow. Presented options, client authorized work. Removed trap, ran cable, cleared debris. Ran full sink load tests, drain flowing good. No warranty on drain clear. Client bought Bio Clean

Tested 1†RP backflow in kitchen under the sink. Passed. Will send in paperwork to the city. Paid by check #1298
Chris M and Ryan H came out due to wanting safety and tune up performed on humidifier and furnace. Got permission to enter home and start proceedings. Filled out inspection report and found no further issues, equipment is in good condition. No warranty due to no repair made today. No charge to customer due to maintenance plan.
