We had some issues which we could not get addressed; Cathy and Lydia listened and sent Shaun Reynolds out to fix the problems. He assurred us that he was going to take care of all of our issues which he did! Shaun was personable, professional, very knowledgable and thorough. It took almost five years for Bell to get our furnace functioning properly because they would not listen, however, we believe Shaun has found and fixed the problems.

Arrived on site, client had a few issues she wanted addressed. First was leak underneath kitchen sink. Leak in laundry room sink. Upstairs master bath lav faucets are tough to turn on and off. Found kitchen faucet to be leaking, client is going to buy new faucet and have us come back to install. Upstairs master bathroom lav faucets need new stems/cartridges. Client is going to contact manufacturer and either get replacement parts or new faucets. Tightened faucet handles to sink in meantime. No warranty on adjustment. Laundry room sink leaks from faucet and from drain. Coming back when client has kitchen faucet to replace faucet and repair drain. Client will call us to schedule once she has parts in hand.
Arrived on site, client had two issues he wanted addressed. First was leak in garage ceiling coming from upstairs guest bathroom tub/shower. Next item was right sink in master bathroom, faucet would leak from handles when on. Gave client options and he authorized diagnostic and faucet repair. Opened drywall in garage and found plumbing for upstairs guest bathroom tub. Ran water and found leak coming from waste and overflow. Gave client options for repair. He authorized. Will return Thursday 1/20/2022 to replace waste and overflow and make appropriate drain connections. Replaced cartridges and seats/springs in right faucet of master bathroom faucet. Tested and everything working properly. 2 year warranty parts and labor. Client signed up for BVR.

Warranty per Brad when they turned water on to house after installing new water main air hammer damaged fill valve apparently
Chris Rosales came out per Lance, Lance stated that customer may just need repairs on 20 year old furnace, upon arrival did a visual inspection found blower wheel dirty and circuit board with burn marks. Recommend Tune up and replacement of board however customer does not wish to spend money on old furnace and invest in new furnace with Bell. Customer paid trip charge of $49 this is to be credited back towards install.
