Estimate for water heater. Sent over to project manager, potentially needs floor drain installed etc.
Customer had a leak in ceiling below master bathroom half-inch copper 90 had pinhole.
Customer had a water that needed to be relit. She then asked to give a quote on a new water heater. Gave quote and relit water heater. Home owner is gold membership.
Home is 3.5 years old. Found that all stops are push pull. Discussed Chan them out. Customer stated she would give it some thought. She has gold plan no service fee.

Arrived on site, clients water heater rusted out from bottom. Unit is from 1999. Client authorized replacement of 50 gallon electric water. Shut water off to home, drained system down. Cut out and removed old water heater and valves. Installed new Bradford White 50 gallon electric water heater. New shut off valves on hot and cold water lines. Thermal expansion tank supported to unit. Drain pan routed right to floor drain. Connected electrical whip, there is a switch to turn on and off directly above heater. Turned water back on to home, purged air from system, tested and everything working properly. 10 year warranty parts and tank. 5 year warranty labor.
Water heater was a Bell Rheem 2011 install
Bell installed the 40 gal Rheem in 2011 there are leaks happening now due to hard water corrosion on the adapters that go from cpvc to copper.
Arrived on site, clients water heater was leaking from top and from base. Gave options for replacement, client authorized work. Shut water off to home and drained system down. Removed old valves and water heater. Installed new shut off valves on hot and cold water lines. New 50 gallon Bradford White water heater. Thermal expansion tank supported to heater. New gas flex and drip leg at gas control valve. Pan routed to floor drain, leak alert alarm in pan. Everything working properly at this time. **Advised client the common wye for venting needs to be double walled. Gave estimate to upgrade venting, client declined at this time. If inspector failed due to venting, we will come back and upgrade venting for a charge. Client has estimate to upgrade venting if that’s the case* 6 year warranty parts and tank. 3 year warranty labor.
Customer has 75 gallon water heater That is leaking on the second floor. Water heater is used for furnace to heat unit. There is no hot water for the unit now. There is no heat also in the unit because The water heater is used for the heating system as well. Could not get a hold of customer. Left customer emails for proposals
