Performed a summertime tune up on the hvac equipment. Testing system operations, component amperage’s, capacitor ratings, monitored refrigerant pressures, tested the thermostat operations, replaced all the pleated filters, dusted the return grills, and checked the condenser and evaporator coils. I found the east side condenser to have a faulty dual run capacitor which I replaced today. Both systems are working properly at this time. Billable.
