Performed a winter time tune up on the hvac equipment. Testing system operations, component amperage’s, capacitor ratings, cleared the drain line, changed the filters, dusted the return grills, tested the thermostat, and washed the condenser coil outside. The system is working properly at this time in heating and cooling modes.

Found the load shed generator to be faulty again, I placed a service call with Mathers electric for the customer. The neighbor bypassed the load shed box for her so she wouldn’t be without air again. The system is working properly, just has a faulty load shed box that Mathers will repair.

HVAC Repairs: Called out for an HVAC system that was excessively vibrating. Upon arrival, I identified damaged compressor isolation mounts in the client's HVAC system. I replaced the mounts to reduce vibration and ensure stable operation of the compressor.

Diagnostic system not heating. I found there was no high voltage going to the air handler so the system would not come on. The generator load shed module is faulty and was interrupting the high voltage going to the air handler. I unwired and bypassed the generator load shed module to get the system up and running. Need to call Mathers Electric 576-2342 to replace the contactor in the generator load shed module. The system is now up and running and heating properly at this time.
