Diagnostic/ Customer had been having electrical issues with his system. Upon arrival, I found that I had the correct 240V going to the unit but I had no low voltage signal. I found that I had 240V going into the transformer but no low voltage was coming out of it. I replaced the transformer and tested system operations. The system came on and is now cooling properly.
