Today I replaced your systems indoor control board under warranty . I verified all wiring is correct and the system is now operating properly. Tallahassee Fl
Upon setting thermostat to cool only outdoor unit come on and lineset immediately started freeezing. After further inspection found indoor control board blank but receiving power. I then tested the blower motor and other electrical components which came back fine. Bypassed with board with ecm tester to keep customer cooling over the weekend. Will reach out to manufacturer for replacement board. Paid via card. Thank you for your business.

Customer calls in with a concern that the system was not heating properly. I arrived at the home and spoke with customer about the concerns. I began diagnostics on the system and found that the condenser was operating in 1 and second stage I continued to the air handler and discovered it would not come out of 1 stage I continued to check the operation of the heat strips and found them to be inoperable as well. I will need to call tomorrow and check on the availability of the indoor board and heat strips. Thank you for your business today. Greenville,Florida.
