Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Replaced the 20x20 pleated filter. * Customer requested additional filters for future service. * Confirmed indoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Confirmed outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Verified proper operation of: * Blower motor * Condenser fan motor * Compressor * Blower run capacitor * Compressor run capacitor * Contactor * Electrical wiring * Inspected and confirmed good condition of: * Blower wheel * Primary drain pan * Electrical wires **System Performance:** * Return air temperature: 74.0°F * Supply air temperature: 49.0°F * Cleared condensate drain line and cleaned out primary pan. * Tested safety switch. * Restored power to the units and tested thermostat operation. Diagnosis: When I arrived customers complaint was that the system was not cooling properly and the outdoor system was not coming on. After further examination, I found that the outdoor capacitor went bad. I replaced the capacitor and now the system is up and cooling properly. Customer also signed up on a maintenance plan today
