Customer said they could not adjust the thermostat setting. Found the thermostat to be in keypad lockout. I had to type in a code to remove this. The code that worked was 1234. To do this press the button in the middle, use the plus or minus button to bring the number in the middle to 1, press select. Then bring the number to 2 and press select. Do this for 3 and 4 until the 4 digit number above the thermostat displays 1234, press select one more time and it should unlock it. Removed the lock mode for the thermostat and turned off the ability to lock. The instructions above are in case the thermostat locks out again. Thank you for your business.

Customer recently approved estimate for indoor motor and module combo. The motor was not in stock at the time. I returned today, January 8 with the new motor and module to install. After installing the new motor module combo, I tested your system operation. Your system is operating properly at this time .
Upon arrival, I found the customer system not working properly due to a bad indoor motor module combo. I sent an estimate to replace the motor. The estimate was verbally approved. The motor was not in stock. I went ahead and ordered it and it’s supposed to arrive sometime tomorrow, Thursday, January 8. Other than that, the system is down and I left it turned off at the thermostat. We will call as soon as the motor arrives in our hands to schedule install .
