It was a pleasure to meet Lee, and she conducted our 6-month check-up excellently. She kept us informed at the different stages of her work, and she conveyed her results in just the right amount of detail and with clarity, which we appreciated. Thank you, Lee!
Have used Benson's a few times now and they are always on time and offer great service! Our service this time around didn't disappoint. We were having some issues with our AC running cool, not cold. Our tech, Hunter was very informative and friendly. We appreciate having next day service!
Aidan Downs provided superior service on his annual HVAC assessment and inspection at our home. He was very thorough, answered all of our questions, and took the time to share with us his observations of the condition of our air handler and compressor unit. He also re-checked his work to ensure that all the cabinets were closed completely and no objects were left laying around. I wish all the staff were that precise and dedicated!
Routine check that was thorough and gave peace of mind!
Joe was very professional and respectful. He was very proficient at his job.
Liam was a very polite young man and knew what he was doing.Service was great!

Customer said that he minisplit in the shed was not working. Found that the fuses in the disconnect had blown and that the generator box for the unit had failed. Bypassed the generator box and replaced disconnect with a non-fused disconnect since it has a circuit breaker. Was also told that the unit serving the back side of the house was not cooling. Found it to just be set to heat at the thermostat. Set thermostat back to cool and the area dropped down 2 degrees in about 15 minutes. Thank you for your business.
