Customer called in for service. The system was not cooling. When I arrived at the customer’s home the indoor unit was running but the condenser was not operating. Upon inspection I found that the outdoor unit was in lockout for high head pressure. I then tested the capacitor and found that it was bad and causing the outdoor fan not to engage. I replaced the faulty part and the system began operating as it should. I let the system cycle a couple of times to ensure the problem was resolved. Thank you for your business today. Panacea Fl,
