The filter is clean and the system is working properly at this time in heating mode conditioning the air to 107 degrees. My only recommendation is to put a section of gutter up above the condenser so the water doesn’t drip down into the condenser during freezing temperatures. Billable.

Upon arrival, I found the Goodman Heat pump package unit not cooling due to a bad high-pressure switch, and a bad contactor. Both the pressure switch and contactor are still under a manufacture part warranty only. I sent an estimate to replace the contactor and do a wire repair to get the customer up and running today. The estimate was approved. The high and low pressure switches were not in stock at Goodman, but have been ordered. I will also send the customer an estimate to install both pressure switches. The pressure switches are covered under manufacture warranty however, the refrigerant is not covered. I will reclaim as much freon as possible but will not be able to get 100% of it. The system is on and cooling at this time. Myself Or the office will call to schedule installation when the pressure switches get in our hands. Your system is operating properly at this time.
