Performed a winter time tune up on the hvac equipment. Testing system operations, component amperage’s, capacitor ratings, cleared the drain lines, tested the thermostats, changed the filters, and dusted the return grills. The systems are working properly at this time. Billable.
Replaced the rusted out secondary pan under the downstairs air handler with a stainless steel drain pan. Billable.
Installed a new Honeywell Lyric Wi-Fi thermostat on both systems. Billable
Found the upstairs air handler to have a faulty blower motor and board.I ordered and will come back to replace under warranty tomorrow afternoon. 8/11/22 replaced the faulty blower motor and board. The system is now working properly at this time. Billable.
