The young man that came to my house today did an outstanding job. We have four AC units. He was very thorough. He treated my house with respect he put his shoe covers on every time he came inside very very happy with the service.
Nick was on time, answered all my questions and let me watch him do the job, very satisfied!
I was unable to be at the house for the maintenance visit, but Phillip called on his way there and called again before he left the house, which I really appreciated. He was timely and professional.
Jayshawn was polite and helpful. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions.
Phillip was very polite and efficient! Helpful too! He told me I had "gold" status which no one has told me before! Apparently I'm entitled to free filters which he said he would send me!
The serviceman was very helpful in explaining things to me. Thank you
Robbie Robins is an excellent technician and does a great job.
Curt arrived on time and performed the service efficiently and effectively. Curt was very courteous and professional.

Removed all of the old refrigerant from the system, along with the old filter drier and TXV. Installed new TXV and filter drier and checked for leaks with a 300 PSI nitrogen charge. I found no leaks, then I vacuumed the system under 500 microns. I then weighed in a factory charge of 16 pounds of R-410A. The system is now cooling properly. Bainbridge GA

Diagnostic/ Indoor fan not coming on. I arrived and inspected the indoor wiring. I found that I was not getting the correct low voltage signal from thermostat to allow the blower motor to turn on. I jumped G to Y and got the indoor fan to run whenever there is a call for cool at the condenser. The system is cooling properly at this time, and I will return to install a new thermostat and perform maintenance. Thank you for your business. Bainbridge GA
