Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler): Located in the closet, the air handler is in fair condition. The indoor coil is clean and in fair condition. Replaced the pleated 1" filter (size 20x20x1) with a spare provided by the customer. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump): Located on the side of the house, the heat pump's outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working within manufacturer's specifications. System Components: Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires; all are in good working condition. Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. Tested the safety switch. Measurements: Return air temperature: 73.0°F. Supply air temperature: 53.0°F. Additional Actions: Dusted the thermos
