Great Service!

The tech that came out was very efficient and detailed with his work when he came out for our maintenance. He talked us through everything that he did and answered any questions presented. He even went the extra mile to install the filters we had at the home. Junior was on point and highly recommended to service us again in the future.

11/03/2025- the warranty gas valve is in stock at Goodman supply. Please call and schedule a time for replacement with the customer. 11/04/2025- I arrived on site and replaced the faulty gas valve with warranty parts. After installation of the valve I tested the unit and verified that it started and ran properly. I also preformed a leak search and confirmed that there are no leaks. This unit is now heating and working properly at the time of installation.

10/31/2025- I arrived on site and found the gas valve was faulty, causing the furnace to attempt to ignite but fail due to this faulty gas valve. This unit is covered under a manufacture parts warranty and I have ordered the warranty gas valve. The customer has approved of the labor estimate for the replacement of the valve. Please contact the customer and schedule a timeframe for replacement of the gas valve. This unit will not heat until this valve has been replaced.

07/10/2025- I arrived on site for the follow up visit and found the thermostat suck in 5 minute delay. I started by checking the thermostat wires and found all to be securely attached. I then started checking the outdoor low voltage wires and the unit came on while I was examining the outdoor electrical section. I tested the unit startup multiple times in various ways and the unit started properly each time. My assumption is the thermostat was having an internal issue keeping itself in delay, however I cannot diagnose an issue when the unit is functioning properly. I have informed the customer to call us if the issue repeats itself. However if the issue repeats I would have whichever technician that comes back here to bringing a thermostat with them since that is most likely the issue. The unit is cooling properly at the time of this follow up visit.
