I am completely satisfied with ALL my experiences with B&G Air Specialists. They installed our first unit when our home was built in 1987, and have taken care of all service throughout these 30+ years, and replacements when they were needed. Today they installed a new unit. Glenn assured me everything would be done properly and timely. Chris and Brittany are such a fine team; accomplished removing the old outside unit and putting the new unit in place so speedily; as well as loaded all the old "stuff" on the trailer in record time. What an amazing installer David is, the location of our unit is somewhat "trying" at best. He is good natured as well as super efficient and he vacuumed the area after he took all his tools to his truck, plus blew the leaves out of the garage prior to leaving. Terry was so patient and kind in explaining how this new Wi-Fi programmable thermostat works, making absolutely certain I "got it." That was not an easy task; I commend him. I also want to share my appreciation for Becky. She is friendly and very knowledgeable and handles scheduling superbly I highly recommend B&G Air Specialists for all your A/C needs.
