Much to our resistance we finally decided to turn on our heat just to find out our furnance was not working. It was after 8 pm and figured we would have to tough it out one more night. Well my husband called several companies and with in 5 minutes we received a call from Black Diamond and within 30 minutes a technician knock on our door and within another 30 minutes we had heat. Very impressed with our technician and service!!
