He was on time, even called to see if he could come a few minutes early, thoroughly examined the problem and what was causing it, explained exactly how he would fix it, and wrote down exact prices for me to consider. His work was done perfectly, he was very considerate in his cleaning up, and was in general a very pleasant and personable person to have in my home. I would definitely want him to come back again for any of my plumbing repairs. I was extremely well satisfied. 5 stars!!!

The guys who removed the outside concrete form used mortar to seal it up but then some of the mortar got on the lawn and that area is hard as a rock and i don't think grass will grow! That disappoints us.
