Rich has spent the last two days bringing our home out of the dark ages and into the 21st century. He installed the wiring for our brand new garbage disposal (also installed by BD/Axgen), multiple outlets in the basement and garage (much more convenient than the one in each we had before), replaced all of our outdoor outlets with GFCIs (thanks, inspector for not noticing that) and last but not least replacing our entire breaker box in order to bring it up to code (thanks again, house inspector). Best of all, he was incredibly thorough, taking his time to do things right the first time.Also, we were very please that the quote given was exactly what we ended up paying, with no surprise charges. I have the utmost confidence that the work Rich did in our house will last for a long long time and I won't hesitate to call to schedule him to do more work on our house in the future.

When the very nice man arrived and I told him I was looking for an attic fan, he said that they don't actually install those. They could do the wiring, but that's all. Then why didn't someone just tell me that on the phone and not waste my time? I took off work to be home.

Same day service - Tech named Jake came out and did an outstanding job not only on the AC unit but did a great job of carefully explaining everything. Haven't had any dealings with Black Diamond since Axberg buy out but I can say that as a former Axberg customer, Black Diamond will continue to have my business if they keep up the excellent customer service that they showed this time around.
