Jorge Serna Black Diamond plumber was competent, polite, efficient, left work areas clean. Jorge was on time both days. He respectfully made suggestions/recommendations for areas that required repair or replacement. Any additional work/repairs in the future we will call Black Diamond and request Jorge. The receptionist was knowledgeable, set appointment up and was easy to work with. I will use Black Diamond Plumbing for any future work.

Black Diamond came out and assessed the issue very quickly, and added us at the end of the day, on the same day. They scheduled the plumbers for 14 hours later to fix the problem, and were here on time. They did a great job and were very courteous.

Tim found a problem with a circuit? board which was causing the furnace to malfunction. He went back to the office to get a new board and replaced the defective board. Found that the board was incorrect for the type of furnace we have.
