I'm tired of service appointments aimed at selling me additional services I don't need, don't want or can't afford. Nearly $800 for duct cleaning is simply absurd. If it were half that price, I'm not sure I would consider it. This is the second visit in a row where the filter system cover wasn't put on right and the power to the face-plate wasn't on. I'm seriously considering finding a new company for service. On the previous visit we were told of a potential expensive problem that wasn't real.
