Clay was my technician. parts of my boiler seemed to be 'dying'. He Made some adjustments and the boiler came to life again, and yet he warned me that sometimes things broken just cannot be fixed. - I decided to buy the parts that might break again -(he did not push me) but, - it was the middle of winter... I was happy he came and happy he ordered the parts. All in all a good experience.

Only thing preventing 4 or 5 stars is my call to BD a few weeks later since the light installed has some issues, so I left my name and number and no one called me back. I spent over $500 so expect better follow up. Please call me back when you can. Same goes for everything else. I wanted a service, guys came out and did a great job, I paid the bill, and now I don't get a call returned. It doesn't feel good.
