Placed a call for hot water tank service (tank leaked, no hot water). Dispatcher set up an appointment for a Monday between 11-1 o'clock. On Monday morning received a call from the Black Diamond dispatcher, and indicated Raudel would arrive within 30 minutes, which he did. He checked the tank and concluded it need to be replaced. He also checked and found it was still under warranty, and gave us an option to extend the warranty. Raudel explained about the importance of draining the tank to remove sediment. He drained, disassembled, and, removed the old tank, and prepped the new one. Long story short, I would recommend Black Diamond, and especially Ruadel. He was professional, friendly, polite, and definitely has the experience to get the job done. I would definitely request Raudel be sent the next time I contact Black Diamond for service or installation. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. Thanks Raudel! :)

I had a noisy bathroom fan that didn't seem to be moving air, and called about it in the late afternoon. Black Diamond was able to schedule my appointment for the very next morning. Richard Salach arrived on time, explained everything well and what my different options were, and did great work. He was extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. He spoke very positively about the company and his peers, and explained the other types of work that they can do as well. He even took an extra few minutes of time to fix something that he noticed with my storm door that was completely unrelated to the electrical project. That's going above and beyond! I am completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to contact Black Diamond in the future.

The service was on time (even offered to show up early), and it had a flat fee for inspection (not hourly) that was very reasonable. We had a problem with the floor drain in the basement and Jose was great at diagnosing the problem. He was able to offer several variations on the solution, which we appreciate very much considering we are on a budget. He was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone.
