Black Diamond Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC has serviced our home at least a dozen times on various projects, some custom and some routine. In each service call the Black Diamond employee/s arrived on time if not early and prepared to work. We just took ownership of our first home and we wanted to give it good cleaning as the home was vacant for about two years. The previous owners were not tidy and, judging by the condition of the kitchen and air intakes, they used to fry almost all of their food. To this end we decided to not only clean our air handling system and take this opportunity to use the aeroseal process to help with some heating and cooling inefficiency. The Aeroseal crew arrived as scheduled and ready to go to work. They were polite and explained their plan of the day so that we knew exactly how and when things would occur. As issues came up, they provided constant positive communications and offered solutions. When they finished, they were very good at cleaning up. In the end we saw an overall 20% increase in efficiency due to the aeroseal process. They were very professional and we look forward to having them provide services in the future.

Black Diamond was exceptionally responsive to our emergency electrical problem. An electrician was at our house within two hours -- at night -- and found the issue. After ComEd came out and disconnected power to the house, Black Diamond was out the next day and completed the repair. Office personnel were exceptionally responsive, calling back a few times to update us, and were genuinely concerned. Highly recommend Black Diamond.
