So I have mixed feelings about our experience with Black Diamond. Keith was our service tech. He showed up on time and was very polite. Keith spent the better part of the day trying to diagnose the issue with our ac unit. It had leaked out the Freon. I appreciated how much effort that Keith put into troubleshooting the problem. He conducted a pressure test and then ran a dye/sealant through the system. We never were able to locate the source of the leak. The unit was recharged and seems to be working well now. My only reservation has been that we spent $1,449.00 between the testing and recharging of a less than three year old unit (that someone else installed) and we never really fixed the leak. Because of this, Keith was unable to guarantee that we won’t find ourselves in the same predicament again this time next spring, facing a similar bill.
