Very personable rep, and knew his business. On another issue, a "confirmation" call was made to our home on Sunday morning, REQUESTING a call back for confirmation. I find this intrusive and inconvenient. Try switching this to an online return. Much more convenient. The Drs dentists do this. Why can't you? Dale Dungan
