Dustin was here to perform a check/tuneup on our central air conditioner. As with every Black Diamond employee we have encountered , Dustin was very professional, friendly and explained exactly what he was doing. We have used Black Diamond for several years now, including purchase of central air, furnace and plumbing repairs. We would not consider changing companies.

The two service men here today were excellent! They weren’t able to put the furnace in last night so they provided space heaters until today! They explained every detail of the installation with me including setting up the digital thermostat! In addition, they found a plumbing issue that I had for while and assisted me with that! Totally professional in every way! Additionally, they cleaned up the entire area!

Stonebridge Kennels is a very busy business with boarding, dog day care, and grooming areas. These guys were there for two whole days, worked non-stop, and were able to accommodate the different dog filled areas with ease. I am very pleased, and will use them again.
