Rick came to the door with a very positive attitude. Introduced himself and explained the company rates very thoroughly. He was very professional and clean cut. Rick was very thorough finding our electrical problem. We were very pleased he was able to find the problem and fix it. We will use Black Diamond again for anything if need be.
