From the beginning, the professionalism from Black Diamond was great! I needed a ceiling fan replaced in my two-story great room. The Black Diamond team successfully took down the old fan and installed the new fan. My customer experience was very positive. The electricians were prompt, polite, fast, clean, and spent the time to go over the features of the fan. I will be using Black Diamond again!

I would say that there is no room for improvement here. Larry and I were very comfortable with Michael. He was down to earth and explained every little detail and answered every question.
