I've used Black Diamond for a variety of services, and I'm always impressed by the level of work and the quality people who are sent out. This last time, Brian & Richard were consummate gentlemen, and offered to go above and beyond the scope of the call in a few different ways. In order to bring a pipe through a basement wall, they had to remove existing, old wooden shelving from the previous owner, which created a big pile of scrap. Before I was even thinking about what I'd do with it, the guys offered to take it back in the truck and dispose of it for me. Excellent service, really nice guys, the quality of the work was top notch, and I'll definitely be using Black Diamond for future projects on the house!
