Nick was terrific! He stayed all afternoon, testing one thing and then another until he found the problem. He then stayed longer to make sure our chirping noise didn't restart, and when it did, he worked continually to find the problem.

Keith spent about 2 hours servicing both of our furnaces. He was friendly and courteous, and called the company to get the answer to a question I asked. He did a fine job. I wish he had put a cloth on the floor where he was working, but I should've asked him to when I noticed the absence of one.
