My water heater must have been a lemon because within two years I had a watery mess in my basement!!! The water seemed to come out so quickly that practically the whole room in the basement was filled with water! A number of items got wet & I don’t know if they’ll be good anymore☹️ Nick Christiansen really knows what he’s doing because after inspection, he was quick at work, spending half the time another company with two men took. He was also very polite & courteous, offering to dry up the floor with some rags since I have a back issue. Couldn’t of asked nor gotten better service!!! Thank you Black Diamond for being so quick to get service for me & for sending me such a reliable & courteous worker!!! It was also wonderful to find out that you have other services as well. Since I have health issues, there are things I can no longer do by myself. You’ll be hearing from me soon & I ask only that you send Nick Christiansen, no one else because I finally have a reliable as well as courteous handyman!!! In gratitude, V. D.

We had a partial power outage after normal hours and called the emergency line. We had an electrician, Dan, at our home in less than 20 minutes. Dan did a complete inspection and found the issue was not with our electric, but rather with the ComEd service. The peace of mind that we were given knowing the issues was not withy our homes’ Electric was invaluable. I so appreciate the quick and courteous service.
