Completed gas furnace and AC replacement. Disconnected and removed old furnace and AC. Set new furnace on blocks and reconnected the gas, electric, pvc vent piping and the ductwork. Installed a new T6 WiFi thermostat and connected it to the furnace. Installed a new condensate pump, then routed the furnace and AC drains to it, and ran the drain hose for the pump to the slop sink next to the washing machine. Filled pump with water to test for proper operation. Set new AC unit on a new pad outside and flushed then reconnected the lineset. Installed a new evaporator coil in plenum above furnace. Pumped approximately 200psi nitrogen in the lineset to test for leaks. Will need to return in spring to do AC start up. Run tested the furnace but will still need a technician start up.
