No cool. Found system off. No call for cooling. Customer stated that the coil was completely iced up yesterday. System is only 2 years old. Cycled system and hooked up gauges and checked pressures and temps. Found system low on charge. Added 1 dye capsule and 1 pound 8 oz of R410-A refrigerant. Indoor coil temp went from 22 degrees to 40 degrees. Subcooling is now 13. Checked indoor temp split. Found split to be 19. Recommend full ac clean and tune. Office will schedule return visit to check for any leaks with UV light. System is cooling at this time. Job complete. No charge for the dye and leak search due to age of unit. Clean and tune
