Performed package clean and tune; inspected the condenser electrical compartment and tested components both the capacitor and contactor showing signs of wear, sprayed down condenser with coil cleaner, cycled the system on and checked pressures and temps. I then cleaned the furnace cycled the system on and I noticed last burner would not ignite cause system to retry, removed and cleaned the burners along with the flame sensor, cycled the system on and checked gas pressures also performed a combustion test verifying no CO in the airstream. Did want to note that the co in the exhaust was 75ppm this is an indication of future failure. These systems are currently operating but future failure is expected. I am including a quote to replace fireplace transformer. Job complete
