Order mix up but technician was great

Originally called for a furnace and gas fireplace safety check. Gas fireplace check wasn't on technicians order form but cleaned the fireplace glass for me atleast. Technician was very professional and awesome to work with. The technicians service was amazing which made up for the little order mix up.

Was here for a furnace cleaning. Performed preferred customer furnace cleaning. Completed furnace cleaning form. The furnace is running normally at this time. Found what appeared to be a crack in the heat exchanger. Looking at it closer, found that it was only a scratch. Recommend continuing to get the furnace checked over yearly. Cleaned the fireplace glass.

Performed first year furnace cleaning; inspected intake and exhaust pvc ensuring all connections were glued, removed and cleaned burners along with the flame sensor, inspected heat exchanger, as well as performed a combustion test looking for any CO in the air stream, also checked gas pressures and they appear to be normal. I did notice water leaking from gasket on inducer motor I did tighten screws down to see if this would stop the leak. This system is currently operating normal at this time job complete

Performed furnace start up. Combustion analysis test was normal. High limit passed safety check. No CO in airstream. There was standing water located in the blower compartment and around the furnace. After investigating, I found the AC coil drain was too tight and clogged. I cleaned out and reassembled the drain line. No standing water at this time time. The unit is operating normal at this time. I checked the AC coil and found indications of refrigerant leaks. R22 levels are currently normal at this time.

Completed gas furnace and AC replacement. Removed old furnace and return drop ductwork. Set new furnace and reattached duct, electric, pvc and gas line. Ran new drain line from furnace, coil and humidifier to existing drain line. Reclaimed old refrigerant and removed old condenser and coil. Set new pad with new AC on it and installed a new coil in the furnace plenum. Flushed lineset and reconnected. Filled with 325 psi nitrogen and then evacuated to 450 microns. Released charge and did a complete start up procedure on the AC. Furnace install is complete but will need a technician start up. Thank you for choosing Black-Haak.
